The Minx FX team of artistic stylists and performers are the resident entertainment team at The Zoo Project and Channel Zoo bringing the arenas alive with stage shows, acrobatics, stilt walkers, magicians, capoeira, unicyclists, jugglers, dancers, face painting stalls and more Let us introduce  you to their key players….

Miss Disco:
Miss Discos passion for styling and performance pushes the boundaries each year. Her team of mini minxes combine their talents with Miss Discos wild imagination to bring you a theatrical experience that takes you on your very own Zoology adventure. Expect The Unexpected…

Mogli:
The resident jungle boy of the troupe, Mogli is Miss Discos right hand man when it comes to creating and organising. An exciting fire artist in his own right, his 2 metre high fire breathes amaze and dazzle a crowd! An energetic character with style and charisma, Mogli is a strong believer in the magic of performance.

Lucy:
Fast, excitable and lover of earth and life A zany character with so much creativity, open in mind and free in movement to dance and share the feelings in music. A well experienced and enthusiastic fire performer, costume designer and dancer, Lucy believes in keeping the dream alive and dancing to every beat!

Matarro:
Electric, Energetic, and possibly quite Eccentric, Matarro is extremely versatile with a huge passion to Perform. Having worked within the entertainment industry for over the last 5 years, he is no stranger to the stage and understands the dynamics of a crowd.

Adam:
Highly skilled in poi, fire staff and double staff, after beginning his training in Thailand in 2005
Adam has developed exciting skills and a sound knowledge of his fire tools wowing crowds
around the globe.

Neal:
With a unique style using single and double fire staffs, poi and rope poi, Neal has been training in Kung Fu for the past five years which gives him a fire style different from the rest. His passion for his fire dancing is reflected in his high octane shows.

Elvira:
A dancer and entertainer in heart and soul. A shining star who loves the music. With dance as her greatest passion, she feels lucky that she can express herself through movement. Her enthusiasm and energy are felt through any crowd or audience.

From the famous performance streets of Las Ramblas in Barcelona, Darlan landed at the gates of the zoo this year and has become an amazing commodity due to his wide range of skills and his love of life.

Lynne:
Chief stylist and make-up artist for The Minx FX team, Lynne has won several face painting awards including the prestigious Queen of the Hill Snazaroo Award, Lynne was reigning Queen for one month and fought off competition from America and Holland to retain the title. Lynne has also taught face and body art classes across the USA, in Missouri, Kansas City, Philadelphia and New York City. a face painter to be reckoned with!
